Project Overview:

Anhui HuaXing Intelligent Glyphosate preparation processing workshop, adopt EPC construction mode as a whole, January 18, 2018

The workshop includes 12 sets of (SL) production devices and 3 sets of (SG) production devices. The production capacity is: SL: 100,000 tons/year, SG: 10,000 tons/year. Workshop production equipment advanced technology, high degree of intelligence, safety, environmental protection, intelligence, efficient production.

Highlights of the project:

Safety and Environmental protection: the workshop adopts the production tail gas treatment technology and the ventilation and ventilation technology to realize the on-site production without odor and the emission of exhaust gas up to the standard;

Intelligence: DCS intelligent middle control system is adopted in the workshop to realize intelligent and visualized production and reduce staff and increase efficiency.
