1. Introduction

This equipment has a rotary structure, six stations, and a wide range of packaging. It can package powders, granules and other materials for metering and packaging. You only need to select different metering and filling devices according to different materials.

The equipment changes packaging bag specifications quickly, and the width of the automatic bag feeding device can be adjusted easily and quickly by adjusting the handle; the machine is equipped with a standard detection device, which can detect that the filling device does not fill when there is no packaging or the packaging bag is not opened. , the heat sealing device does not seal, thus avoiding waste of packaging materials and raw materials.

3. Features

3.1 Adopt the secondary filling mode. The first time is a large-dose preliminary filling to ensure the speed of the whole machine; the second filling uses the American Mettler Toledo weighing sensor to ensure the filling accuracy. (This feature is optional)

6.2 According to the characteristics of the powder, a vibrator is added to the cutting place to make the cutting smoother and without clogging. The filling bottom is solid, and the materials in the bag are more abundant.

3.3 Contains blanking detection device. There is no bagging or emptying, and empty bags are not sealed, reducing the waste of materials and materials and contaminating equipment.

The packaging machine table is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2mm, a mirror panel, and the electrical box is made of 3.4 stainless steel with a thickness of 2mm. Bag loading, bag opening, sealing and clamping claws are made of 304 stainless steel
