On the afternoon of May 29th, the JWIM  Conference Hall was very lively. More than 500 employees gathered together to participate in the long-awaited 30th happy meeting with points system. Hey sing and turn, youth is right now! Lots of prizes and lots of joy, let us feel this wave of joy together!

1. Sing new factory songs, sing new journey

In order to promote the construction of the company's corporate culture, increase the cohesion of employees, and create a positive working atmosphere, JWIM has upgraded and optimized the factory song. JWIM held the "Song of JWIM" singer selection contest on April 3, and finally scored the top six employees to record the factory song "Flying Like an Eagle" by JWIM. The new factory song of the Happy Conference debuted for the first time, and we sang the factory song together and marched on a new journey!

Point system management brings motivation and happiness to employees at work! During the meeting, prizes were distributed to the first place in the total score of each department. New employees ranked first in January-February and ranked first in March-April to distribute prizes in stages. The "Wudang Tai Chi" brought by the Technology Center invited Peng Xiaopang, the vice president of the Jintan District Wushu Association and the president of the Xicheng Branch of the Wushu Association, to bring us a visual feast. The song "Blooming Life" brought by Xu Chunliang and Zhang Yao, whose appearance and singing skills are both online at the delivery center, showed enthusiasm and energy. The delivery center language program "You are too bloated" combines cross talk and saxophone interspersed, sometimes funny and sometimes lyrical performances, won bursts of applause! The chorus "True Hero" brought by the men's group of the Technology Center sang an unwavering determination for success! A "Burning Youth" skewers dance in the delivery center takes us into the retro era in memory! The intelligent and humorous response of the language program "Happy Family" brought by the Technology Center brought waves of laughter to the scene! The final delivery center defeated the technical center 3:1, and received 1,000 yuan and 800 yuan cash rewards respectively!
