CCG1000-16TS Automatic piston filling machine is the upgrade volumetric filling that can be widely used for the high viscosity filling of liquid, EC, SL and SC. The machine is with linear structure and servo motor driven, volumetric filling method that can make sure the high precision of filling. It controls by the PLC and HMI, with the feature of easy operation. The machine has excellent arc frame design. An optional functioned high precision electric scale weight feedback system makes the volume adjusting easier and more convenient.
1. It is widely used for the automatic filling from 80-1000ml in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.
2. The filling unit uses piston off structure, it can completely discharge the product in the tank, effectively avoid the cross-contamination. This structure also makes the sealing ring changing easier.

5 The height of the filling nozzles can be adjusted in the touch screen by using the motor lifting, which is fast and convenient.
6 Jinwang adopts PLC programming control, servo motor drives synchronous belt + stable double lead screw lifting mechanism, which ensures high precision of piston movement stroke and realizes accurate filling. The synchronous belt is embedded with metal wire and will not break. At present, the first-class packaging manufacturers all adopt this structure. Compared with similar products on the market, the common motor + encoder and chain drive structure are adopted. After long-term use, the chain has tensile property, which affects the filling accuracy and equipment stability.
7 The electric control system of the whole machine is configured by Schneider of France and integrated with the electric control system, which is more stable, reliable, safe, green and low energy consumption.
8 The filling heads can be quickly adjusted and equipped with scale mark, which is convenient and fast. Gas pipe and photoelectric have name mark, convenient for maintenance.
9 The whole machine adopts high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, it has good corrosion resistance and is easy to clean. The machine body is sealed with stainless steel and toughened glass door cover. The air outlet is reserved, which can be connected with the air induction system of the factory to discharge the waste gas generated in the filling process.
