An automatic Volumetric Linear Filling Machine is available from 2~20 heads according to the output capacity required per hour. Suitable to fill liquid and semi-liquid products. Fully automatic operation with computerized control (Schneider) and colored Schneider touch screen for the user-friendly operation to adjust the machine functions and parameters, such as filling volume, filling speed, bottle height, suction speed, nozzle dive bottom, and upwards speeds, time, etc.
Nozzles dive-in filling process for difficult and foaming products which eliminates the risk of product spillage during the filling process. The machine is manufactured from stainless steel 304 and all product contact parts can be made of stainless steel 316 as an option. The option of CIP cleaning system connection with dummy bottles makes the cleaning process very easy and secure hygiene operation of the machine when the change from one type of product to another. Easy and quick changeover from one type of product to another and from one size of bottle to another. Can save unlimited formulas for easy changeover.
All CCG models can be offered and built for hazardous duty filling applications. Explosion-proof versions of this machine are suitable for hazardous and can be supplied and certified in full compliance with European Standards. For difficult and unstable bottles we are offering bottle pockets filling system with an endless return conveyor.

Equipped with PLC. The PLC controls the process and acquires data from it. Via HMI the operators are able to feed parameters and control demands for PLC.
HIMI visualizes the functioning of the equipment to the operator. The system has a local stop capability that shuts the system down in an orderly fashion. The PLC unit is equipped with sequence programs for starting and stopping the entire machine, for controlling the programs for starting and stopping the entire machine, for controlling the normal operation.
