Microcomputer-controlled in-line filling machine CDP-12AS is suited for filling fluid materials, such as pesticide water preparation and emulsifiable concentrate.
The whole machine is an in-line structure, and uses the metering and filling principle by keeping the liquid level constant (constant speed) and timing, so that accurate filling can occur. It uses a PLC control system and a touch-type human-machine interface. This machine is easy to use, and has a high-precision electronic scale and automatic data transmission system, which allows dose adjustment to be done more quickly.
