Ready to scale-up production? JWIM’s FX-6AH automatic rotary capping machines are designed to handle virtually any size and style of container, and caps ranging. These high-speed capping machines are ideal for use in the food-processing, cosmetic and chemical industries – but as all our equipment is bespoke, they can be widely adjusted.
The containers queue up before entering a single star wheel which presents the bottles into the rotating capping station. The star wheel then indexes the bottle into position and the cap is screwed home as the capper rotates.The capped container leaves the machine via a second star wheel.
