1. Introduction

This rotary bagging machine is developed using the latest technology of our company. It uses a full servo motor to replace the previous action execution method of the traditional packaging machine cam mechanism. The mechanical design and transmission system are simple, the work is more reliable, the wear of mechanical parts is reduced, and it is stable and reliable. 

The operation of the whole machine is centrally controlled by a programmable controller (with motion function) PLC and a large touch screen, making the operation simple and convenient.

3. Features

3.1 Zipper opening mechanism:Designed for the characteristics of the zipper bag opening, the bag opening rate is high.

3.2 According to the characteristics of the powder, a vibrator is added to the cutting place to make the cutting smoother and without clogging. The filling bottom is solid, and the materials in the bag are more abundant.

3.3 Contains blanking detection device. There is no bagging or emptying, and empty bags are not sealed, reducing the waste of materials and materials and contaminating equipment.

3.4 The equipment has reserved work stations, and a color-matching tape coding machine is optional.(This feature is optional)

3.5 The packaging machine table is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2mm, a mirror panel, and the electrical box is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2mm. Bag loading, bag opening, sealing and clamping claws are made of 304 stainless steel

3.6 The cam of the transmission part is made of 45# forged material, with a heat-treated hardness ≥ HR50 degrees, and the shaft is a 45# ground shaft with smooth surface, wear resistance and durability.

3.7 The machine comes standard with automatic monitoring system deviceIt can detect air pressure, temperature controller failure, and whether the packaging bag mouth is opened to judge the machine status. It can control whether the coding device, filling device, and heat sealing device are in action, thereby avoiding waste of packaging materials and raw materials and saving money. Cost of production.

3.8 The equipment is equipped with dust removal pipes, which can be connected with the engineering exhaust system to reduce dust at the production site.(This feature is optional)
