1.Introduction
In the automatic production line, the workpiece with heat sealing or electromagnetic induction sealing is transported to the infrared thermal imaging detection station. The infrared thermal imager takes the thermal image of the heat-sealed bottle cap, and transmits the thermal image to the high-speed image processing system for calculation and recognition.
