6.1. It is widely used for the automatic filling from 1-5L agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.

6.2. Jinwang uses PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling. At present, top foreign packaging manufacturers all adopt this structure. Compared to similar products on the market, using a regular motor+encoder and chain transmission structure. After a long time of use, the chain has tensile properties, affecting filling accuracy and equipment stability.

6.4. Casting SUS316 filling heads which can be used for a long time. PTFE with good anti-corrosive properties is suitable for corrosive materials.

6.5. The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimension Φ120mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.
