1.Introduction

GX-12-6B Automatic Integrated Filling & Capping Machine, filling part is driven by servo motor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. It adopts PLC control, all the operations can be done in the touch screen. Capping part is making up with cap supply, cap scratch, pressing, clamping and conveyor.

The machine has compact structure, small occupation area, integrated filling and capping in one, SUS304 frame and toughened glass door cover which is more safe, environmental-friendly and easy for cleaning.

Advantage

5.1 It is widely used for the automatic filling and screw capping from 20-100ml in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.

5.2 The control system uses France Schneider, the integrated control system is more stable, safe, green and low energy consumption.

5.3 Jinwang uses Schneider PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling.

5.4100ml pistons make sure the filling precision of small volume.

5.5 The screw cap part has good versatility, convenient adjustment and economical application without extra format. The latest capping wheel material will not make any damage to the caps. The molding clamping belts are durable.

5.6 The cap sorter installs with auto inspection device, the cap elevator will automatically start if there is not enough caps (can work with the cap elevator). This will make sure the supply of caps.
