4.1. It is widely used for the automatic filling from 1-5L in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.

4.2. The machine adopts automatic diving filling mechanism, the product is filled in the process of movement, which greatly reduces the pause time in the whole filling process, and the filling head automatically dives into the bottle mouth for filling, reducing foaming.

4.3. The filling unit adopts a cylinder removal structure, which can completely empty the materials in the cylinder, effectively avoid cross contamination of materials, and replace the sealing ring more conveniently and quickly.

The piston cylinder body adopts an integral flange cylinder body to replace the original non-flange cylinder body, so as to prevent the cylinder body from being misplaced and the fixing screws from loosening during the production process.
